Spanish Coffee - Lockerroom Style
Recipe Ingredients 1/2 oz. Kahlua 1/2 oz. Irish Cream 1/2 oz. Brandy 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur Coffee 1 oz. Half and Half Cream Mixing Instruction Coat rim of glass with a cherry juice . Rim glass with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Pour in Grand Marnier and light with a match Keep glass tilted and rotate while flaming until rim is candied. Add Kahlua, Irish cream, brandy, half & half and chocolate liqueur. Add coffee to 1/2 inch below glass rim. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry and a sprinkle of chocolate. Enjoy......Beware this one will sneak up on you!!! |
