Ingredients
1 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Almond Syrup
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/3 oz Grenadine
Mixing Instruction
1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix.2. Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail.3. Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
